THE owners of Sip Café Kitchen in Colwyn Bay have announced the business is on the market.
The café, situated in the centre of the town on the busy Conway Road, has spent the last two and a half years catering for the town’s residents and tourists.
With its homemade food and locally sourced coffee, the shop’s cosy, wooden interior brings something different to the town.
In a statement, Sip said: “Due to unforeseen circumstances we are having to re-advertise the business.

“We are hopefully moving on to pastures new, so our fab little cafe is now up for sale.
“We would like an existing customer or someone local to take over and carry on what we have built over the past two and a half years.
“If you are serious about purchasing then come in for a chat.”
Those looking for a quick purchase of the business have been set an asking price of £75,000.
