A TOWN clerk in Conwy who resigned after a disagreement with her authority has now settled her dispute.
Natasha Flint, who had been clerk of Conwy Town Council since 2018, walked out in March 2021, after members of the authority’s civic committee voted to exclude the public and press.

Mrs Flint, who has legal qualifications, said there was nothing on the agenda which needed to be discussed confidentially.
She lodged an Employment Tribunal claim but is has now been revealed that the parties have agreed a settlement.
A hearing has been set for June 30 for the settlement to be put into effect and when employment judge Sian Davies says that is done, the case will formally be dismissed.
