A MAN from Caernarfon who was found guilty of possession of a Class B drug in Conwy has been ordered to pay almost £200.
Michael Rogers, 55, of Llanberis, was accused of amphetamine possession in Colwyn Bay on February 8.
He was found guilty at Caernarfon Magistrates’ Court on May 10.

Mr Rogers was fined £80, and was told to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service, to be paid in a full lump sum within 28 days.
This made a total payment of £199.
The court also ordered that the amphetamine be forfeited and destroyed, and made an application for deductions from Mr Rogers’ benefits.
