THOUSANDS of people turned out for Prom Xtra ‘22 on Colwyn Bay’s Promenade this Saturday.
Families were entertained with an exciting bike show performance, a giant scaletrix, magician’s act, quadbikes, and segways.
Live entertainment, interactive animal display, and the funfair as well as a choice of mouth-watering delights.

Businesses and initiatives in attendance included Rhos-on-Sea-based Aspire Fitness Studio, Wheelie Play Bus, community musical theatre group Llandudno Musical Productions, and Llandudno’s Prom Ally.
Natalie Hughes, Conwy County Borough Council’s Events Team said, “Prom Xtra offers a brilliant day out to families in North Wales, and once again this year didn’t disappoint.
“It’s a fantastic event offering so much free entertainment for all ages, and a variety to suit all tastes. Prom Xtra proved to be the right environment for a great day out with friends and family.
“Once again we’d like to thank our sponsors Bay of Colwyn Town Council, Knightly’s Fun Park, and Foster Wales Conwy, for helping us provide a successful Prom Xtra ’22.”
