THIS is the moment a Wales Air Ambulance helicopter swooped in to help rescue an injured mountain biker at a forest in North Wales.
The man sustained injuries while at an event in Clocaenog forest on Saturday, May 7.
North East Wales Search and Rescue (NEWSAR) were on hand to help save the man.

The footage also shows the moment the Wales Air Ambulance took the man to hospital.
A spokesperson for NEWSAR said: "Team members attended and provided patient care alongside a Welsh Ambulance Paramedic.
"The casualty was then extracted on our stretcher and driven in our Land Rover to meet an Air Ambulance, who took him off to hospital."
The NEWSAR team mainly cover the counties of Flintshire, Denbighshire, Wrexham and parts of Conwy and Powys.
It was originally formed in 1981 under the name Clwyd Rescue Team, changing to North East Wales Search And Rescue in 1994.

Wales Air Ambulance relies entirely on the public’s support to help keep its helicopters flying.
It needs to raise £8 million every year to operate the service and continue carrying out rescues like this one.
