POLICE have encouraged people to protect their garages and outbuildings with a passive infra-red alarm following a break-in in Colwyn Bay.
This concerned a garage on Kings Road, which recently had items stolen from it.

NWP (North Wales Police) Community Safety said: “A garage in Kings Road, Colwyn Bay was entered and items stolen from within.
“Unfortunately, the garage was not secure.
“Make sure to secure outbuildings such as sheds and garages.
“A great way of keeping your garage protected is by putting in a stand alone PIR alarm.”
