DETECTIVES investigating an incident at a residential property in Llandudno Junction on the evening of April 29 have charged a third person.
Jamie Anthony Chesterson, 28, from St Helens, has been charged with arson with intent to endanger life, and has been remanded in custody to appear before magistrates tomorrow.

Jordan McMullen–McCourt, 25, and 22-year-old, Callum Miller, both from St Helens, were charged with arson with intent to endanger life, and were remanded into custody after appearing before magistrates on Monday (May 2).
A 25-year-old woman remains on bail while the investigation continues.
