A MAN from Llandudno who was found to be growing cannabis plants has had the equipment involved taken from him and is to pay more than £450.
Bradley Bodden, 22, of Ewloe Drive, was accused of cultivating 15 saplings of the Class B drug in Conwy on August 25, 2021.
He was found guilty of Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on April 25.

The court ordered that Mr Bodden’s tent and electric equipment to be taken from him, and the cannabis plants to be forfeited and destroyed.
Mr Bodden was also fined £350, and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £35 victim surcharge, to be paid in monthly instalments of £100 commencing May 12.
This amounted to a total payment of £470.
