A STUDENT with a heart condition was found dead with a toxic level of morphine in his system, an inquest heard.
At a short hearing in Ruthin, John Gittins, senior coroner for North Wales East and Central, said that Edward Matthew Price – known as “Matty” – was found dead at his home in Deganwy Road, Llandudno, on March 14.

He was found slumped in the bathroom after failing to turn up for dinner with his girlfriend.
A post-mortem examination on the 34-year-old found that he was suffering from an ischemic heart disease but the toxic level of morphine would have contributed to his death.
The inquest was adjourned to a date to be fixed.
