A NEW Costa Coffee store has opened in Mostyn Champney Retail Park.
The new store boasts a digital feel alongside freshly baked pastries and M&S food available to customers.
The new Costa Coffee in Llandudno is one of over 100 new stores that the company and its franchise partners plan to open throughout 2022, as it continues to invest as part of its recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
The opening of the new store has helped employment in the area, with nine new members of staff running the day-to-day business.

Visitors to the store will now be able to choose their favourite food or drinks from digital menu boards, and can even order in advance through Click & Collect on the Costa Coffee app.
Customers can also select delicious food options from the recently launched Costa Coffee Now Serving M&S Food collaboration or a new freshly baked food offer only found in a small number of Costa stores, where they can get their hands on warm cookies and pastries every day.
Llandudno’s latest Costa store is also encouraging customers to be greener, with environmentally friendly policies such as a scheme incentivising customers that choose to reuse by offering an extra ‘green bean’ with every purchase of a handcrafted drink in a reusable cup.

With only four purchases needed for a free drink, it is a boost for customers and helps to reduce the number of takeaway cups used.
Commenting on the opening, Costa Coffee Regional Operations Director, Jude Brackstone said: “The new Costa Coffee in Llandudno is a valuable addition to the Mostyn Champney Retail Park.
We’re looking forward to providing shoppers with the perfect spot to take a break over a much-needed coffee or refuel for lunch with a classic Costa toastie or M&S Food sandwich.
“Our incredible team are excited to welcome customers to the store and serve them a perfectly crafted Costa coffee and our delicious food range.”
The store team will also be focused on important causes alongside excellent service.
They will be recycling takeaway cups and used coffee grounds and finding time to support coffee growing communities around the world by raising money for the Costa Foundation.
