A MAN from Colwyn Bay has been ordered to pay in excess of £250 after he was found guilty of possession of a Class B drug.
Shahzad Ashiq, 33, of Greenfield Road, was accused of being in possession of cannabis in Northop, Flintshire on February 15.
Mr Ashiq was found guilty at Mold Magistrates’ Court on April 21.

He received a £166 fine, and an order to pay £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £34.
Mr Ashiq was given until May 19 to make the payments, which totalled £285.
The court also ordered that the cannabis and grinder be forfeited and destroyed.
