A FINE has been issued to a man from Conwy after he did not follow supervision requirements imposed following his initial release from prison.
Dominic Lockett, 33, of Esplanade, Penmaenmawr, was accused of failing to attend his unpaid work induction on February 28, and not attempting to contact his probation services practitioner to explain his absence.

Mr Lockett admitted to this breach at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on April 8.
He was fined £54, which was ordered by the court to be paid by April 22.
The court also made an application for deductions to be made from Mr Lockett’s benefits.
