A MAN from Llandudno has been banned from driving and is to face unpaid work following his failure, without a reasonable excuse, to provide police with a sample of his blood.
Jack McBride, 30, of Bodnant Road, was accused of not doing so at St Asaph Custody on March 27, as part of an investigation into whether he had driven while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
He pleaded guilty at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on April 11.

He is also to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service by May 9, as well as a £95 victim surcharge.
