A MAN from Rhyl is to pay fines and further costs after he was found guilty of two offences of possession of a Class B drug.
Daniel Nolan, aged 34, of Grange Road, was accused of being in possession of cannabis and cannabis resin in Rhyl on October 21, 2020.
He was also accused of cannabis possession in Llysfaen, Conwy on December 1, 2020.
Mr Nolan was found guilty of both offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on April 4.

He received a £150 fine, and an order to pay £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, for each offence.
For the offence in Rhyl, he was also told to pay a victim surcharge of £34.
Mr Nolan was given until May 2 to make the payments.
The court also ordered that the cannabis be forfeited and destroyed.
