A MAN from Rhyl has been ordered to pay in excess of £200 after he was found guilty of possession of cannabis in Conwy.
Daniel Nolan, aged 34, of Grange Road, was accused of possessing a quantity of the Class B drug on Pentregwyddel Road, Llysfaen on December 1, 2020.
He was found guilty of the offence at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on April 4.

Mr Nolan was fined £150, while the cannabis was ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.
He is also to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, which must be paid in full by May 2.
