A MAN from Penmaenmawr received multiple fines and was banned from the roads after committing numerous offences including obstructing police officers and drink-driving.
Nicholas Roberts, 34, of Gogarth Avenue, was accused of driving on Conway Road, Penmaenmawr, on November 21, 2021 with 52 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath in his system.
This exceeded the limit in Wales of 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.
He was also accused of resisting three constables in the village of Dwygyfylchi on the same day.
Mr Roberts pleaded guilty to all four offences at Llandudno Magistrates’ Court on March 30.

For drink-driving, he was handed a three-year driving ban, as well as a £400 fine.
He was fined £90 for each of the three constables he resisted, amounting to a total fine of £670.
A further offence of driving while unfit to do so, due to drink, in Penmaenmawr on the same day was withdrawn.
