A MAN from Conwy has been handed a fine and driving ban after he was found guilty of drug-driving.
Jaher Miah, aged 27, of Carmen Sylva Road, Llandudno, was driving on Cheetham Hill Road Manchester with 6.5 micrograms of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC - the cannabinoid molecule in marijuana) per litre of blood.
This was on September 18, 2021.
Mr Miah pleaded guilty to the offence at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on March 2.

He was fined £150, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34, and costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
This amounted to a total of £269, of which Mr Miah was ordered to pay £40 per month, commencing March 30.
He was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
