A MAN from Conwy has been ordered to pay more than £300 after he was caught speeding on the A55 last year.
Leon Readymarcher, of Ffordd Gwynedd, Llandudno, was found to be exceeding a temporary 40mph restriction on the road at the Tal-y-Bont to Abergwyngregyn roadworks on August 20, 2021.
Mr Readymarcher was found guilty of the offence at Mold Magistrates’ Court on March 10.
He was fined £220, as well as being ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34, and additional costs of £90.
This amounted to a total of £344, which he was given until April 7 to pay.
Mr Readymarcher also received three penalty points on his driving record.
