A MAN from Llandudno has been made to pay in excess of £800 after failing to give information when required regarding the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
Deiniol Graham, aged 52, of Pendre Road, Penrhynside, did not provide information relating to the identity of the driver after being asked to do so by a member of North Wales Police.
This was in Prestatyn on July 30, 2021.
Mr Graham was fined £660, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £90 at Mold Magistrates’ Court on February 28.
This amounted to a total of £816, which he was ordered to pay by March 28.
Mr Graham was also disqualified from holding a driving licence for six months, and received six penalty points on his driving record.
