POLICE have issued an appeal for help discovering the whereabouts of a man with connections to Bangor and Llandudno.
Matthew Kemp is wanted by North Wales Police (NWP) for numerous offences, such as theft and failure to appear.
NWP Gwynedd North said: “We are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Matthew David Kemp, 34.
“He is wanted for multiple offences, including a failure to appear and theft.
“He has links to the Bangor area and has been known to frequent the Llandudno area as well.
