PARISELLAS of Conwy scooped a major award for its dairy chocolate ice cream at the National Ice Cream Competition held at the Yorkshire Event Centre, Harrogate recently.
The company received a gold medal for its chocolate ice cream, and was then judged the overall winner of the “Best of Flavour 2022” class at the event on February 3.
The company also won a silver medal for its mint choc chip ice cream.
Director Tony Parisella said: “It was easily our best performance in the competition competing against the best ice cream makers in the UK.
“We are so proud to put Conwy on the map and cement its reputation as food destination of national repute.”
