LLANDUDNO drew a blank against promotion rivals Guilsfield in a cagey match at Maesdu Park.
The pressure was on the Seasiders to win as they sit in second place and two points ahead of third-placed Guilsfield, who have two games in hand.
The game was fiercely fought amidst strong winds and rain but the game was rocked after both sides went down to 10 men in the first half, with Morgan Thomas sent off for a seemingly innocuous attempt to stand up after a heavy challenge.
Llandudno were unable to capitalise on the wind in their backs in the first half and had to defend against it in the second, leaving Llandudno manager Sean Eardley pleased to keep a clean sheet.
"It's not an ideal result with Airbus winning, but there's a lot of games to go," he said.
"We played ever so calmly; every opportunity to play out we did really well, and we looked to play through midfield.
"I'm happy with the performance, it's another point on the board and a clean sheet."
Llandudno welcome Holyhead Hotspur at 7.30pm on Friday, December 10.
