SINGER-songwriter Jack Savoretti returns to North Wales with a performance at one of the region’s rising live music venues next summer.
The Breaking the Rules star will play at Rhyl Events Arena in July 9, supported by the ‘Queen of British Soul’ Beverley Knight, as part of a weekend series of events including Manchester legends James and pop singer Tom Grennan.
Savoretti returned to the UK music scene earlier this year with number one album Europiana, written between lockdowns and recorded at Abbey Road as a melancholic ode to the joy and freedom of travel.
It is the 38-year-old Swiss's third album since breakthrough Written in Scars rose to number seven in 2015.
But some music fans may be more excited about the appearance of Knight, one of the UK's most consistent soul artists for two decades,
She has scored several top 10 albums including four gold certified albums and the platinum-selling Voice: The Best of Beverley Knight.
Knight has won three MOBO Awards and been nominated for Best Female at the Brit Awards three times and for the prestigious Mercury Music Prize.
The show completes the weekend concert series produced by Orchard Live, with James playing July 8, supported by The Lightning Seeds & The Ks.
Tom Grennan brings the weekend to a close on July 10.
Tickets for all three shows are on sale now via Rhyl Pavilion.
