A LLANDUDNO pupil has been selected play for Wales against France.
Joe Belmont, year 10 student at Ysgol John Bright, will represent his country at under-16s level.
An Ysgol John Bright spokesperson said: "Congratulations once again to Year 10 student Joe Belmont who has been selected to play in both matches for the Wales national u16s football team against France in the next week.
"What an achievement, we wish Joe and the Welsh team the very best of luck!"
