A HOTEL has gone on the market with a price tag of £525,000.
Promenâd Hotel, on Mostyn Crescent in Llandudno, is currently owned by Iain and Martine Sands.
The couple, who purchased the property four years ago, are selling in order to relocate closer to their family and have instructed leisure property specialists Fleurets to market the hotel.
Lesley Watmough, of Fleurets, said: “Turnover is very healthy at £120,000 including tax for the nine and a half months traded.
“However, a new operator could increase the trading season.”
The four star hotel has 11 en-suite letting bedrooms as well as as two bed private accommodation.
Martine added: “We have chosen to operate the Promenâd Hotel as a bed and breakfast only lifestyle business, however there certainly is opportunity to build on this.”
