IT HAS got a price tag of about £449,995 and is described as one of the most expensive lodges in Wales.
Bowmoor Lodge, located at Conwy's Aberconwy Resort and Spa, is the holiday parks's most expensive lodge to date.
The property comes fully furnished with two-bedrooms and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area decorated in a blue and cream theme.
The lodge has a spiral staircase leading to a roof terrace.
It also benefits from a multi-level wrap around decking.
The property has been tastefully decorated
Rick Spencer, sales manager for Aberconwy Resort and Spa, said: “Priced at almost £450,000, the Bowmoor lodge is the most expensive and most unique lodge package in Aberconwy history, so far.
“We were looking for the next exciting addition to Aberconwy after the massive success of the last super lodge.
"We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to develop an area of the exclusive Regency Circle development into something really special to accommodate this lodge.
“We wanted to take advantage of this special location and put on the first luxury lodge with a roof top terrace to give it amazing 360 degree views of the sea and mountains.
The lodge has two bedrooms
“We would like to thank Glen and his team at Denbighshire decking who have designed and created this amazing outdoor space with dual level wrap around decking and roof top terrace with tinted glass surround and spiral staircase.”
The Bowmoor Lodge was created and designed by Prestige Homeseeker who have designed a number of lodges for Darwin Escapes.
Last year, the holiday park operator unveiled its £399,000 super lodge at Aberconwy Resort and Spa.
The lodge, which sleeps six, comes with a master bedroom with its own wet room, and a large double walk-in shower as well as a walk-in wardrobe.
Anyone interested in having a 'sneak peek' of the Bowmoor Lodge, can visit Aberconwy Resort and Spa on Saturday, November 2 between 2pm until 5pm.
