WALES manager Ryan Giggs has announced his 31-man squad ahead of their double-header against Trinidad & Tobago and Slovakia.
Giggs revealed who he has chosen during a press conference held at Llandudno's Venue Cymru on Tuesday morning.
Wales are set to face the Trinidad next Wednesday night (March 20) at the Racecourse Ground in Wrexham before starting their Euro 2020 qualifying in Cardiff against Slovakia four days later.
Seven North Walians are among those chosen with goalkeepers Wayne Hennessey (Beaumaris), Danny Ward (Wrexham) and Chris Maxwell (St. Asaph), defender Neil Taylor (St. Asaph) and attackers Harry Wilson (Corwen), Tom Lawrence(Wrexham) and Ryan Hedges (Hawarden) all picked by Giggs.
Star man Gareth Bale is in the squad despite missing Real Madrid's last few games through injury and Aaron Ramsey, who will make the switch from long-term club Arsenal to Italian giants Juventus in the summer, is also included.
Rotherham midfielder Will Vaulks is called up for the first time as Aston Villa's James Chester and Leicester's Andy King miss out through injury.
During the conference, Giggs also confirmed that Ashley Williams will remain as Wales captain during their Euro 2020 campaign. The 34-year-old defender is currently on loan at Championship side Stoke from Everton.
"He will be captain - as long as he in the squad," Giggs said.
The Wales boss also explained the decision behind the team training at Manchester United's Carrington, as Colliers Park at Wrexham is not ready.
"It was a no-brainer in my head," Giggs added. "I want the best preparation for international football. The players were unanimously behind it."
