JONES Hazel Anne (Née Brereton) 28th December, 2023 peacefully at her home in Rhuddlan aged 75 years and formerly of the Grange Hotel, Rhyl. Loving wife of John, much loved mum of Martin, Faye, James and John, mother-in-law of Amanda, Jason and Jennifer, treasured nana of Maddison, Carter, Millie, Harrison, Logan, Savannah, Esmae, Leia, Bobby and Baby Koby and caring sister of Heather and Hilary. Sadly missed by all her family and many friends. Service at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, St. Asaph on Thursday, 11th January at 2:00pm.
