PHILLIPS Ann passed away 7th October 2022 at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 74 years. Loving mum to David, Michael and Paul and cherished Nanna to Curtis and Toby. Ann will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 25th October 2022 at Colwyn Bay Crematorium at 2.45pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired would be gratefully received towards Alder Hey Children's Hospital.
