Evans David 9th October 2019 Passed away peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital aged 89 years. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy. Much loved Father of Michael and Tracey. Loved Grandfather of Phoebe and Izzy. David will be sadly missed by his family and many friends. The funeral will take place on Friday 25th October Service and Committal at Denbighshire Memorial Crematorium, St Asaph at 12 noon. Family flowers only please but donations in memory of David.
