Frazier Dorcas Spencer On 14th August 2019 peacefully at Princess Hospital, Haywards Heath of The Cedars, St Georges Park, Burgess Hill and formerly of Rhyl and St George, North Wales aged 94 years. Beloved Mother of Guy and Tina who sadly predeceased her , very much loved grandmother of Emily Rebecca and Eliot Spencer. Dorcas and her family had successful catering establishments in the Rhyl and North West area and she was former proprietor of The Kinmel Arms, St George, a passionate lover of horses and former member of numerous equine and food societies and associations throughout North Wales. Funeral service takes place at St Asaph Crematorium on Tuesday 17th September at 1.00pm.
