HOLLINGWORTH HAZEL ROBERTA 20th August 2019 Peacefully in hospital, aged 75 years and of Rhuddlan. Beloved wife of George. Much loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Hazel will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her. Service and committal at St Asaph Crematorium on Monday 2nd September 2019 at 2:00 pm.
