HOGAN JEAN (nee OWEN) Who passed away peacefully at Ruthin Community Hospital Sunday 9th June 2019 aged 67 years. Loving Mum to Sarah, a treasured Sister, beloved Nan and a devoted Great Nan. Jean will be sorely missed and forever remembered by all her family and friends. The family wish the funeral to remain private and any flowers in memory of Jean to be yellow only please.
