DR EVANS RICHARD WYN 11th December 2018 tragically, aged 43 years and of Prestatyn formerly of Prescot. Beloved Husband of Rita. Dear Son of John and of Brother David. Richard will be sadly missed by all his family, friends and colleagues. Funeral service to be held at Bron-y-Nant Crematorium, Colwyn Bay on Friday 28th December 2018 at 11:00 am. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired in memory of Richard will be gratefully accepted towards the Ablett Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital.
