CROSSLAND Grace passed away peacefully at Canterbury House Care Home, Rhyl on 11th December 2018 aged 86 years. Grace will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service is to take place at Denbighshire Memorial Park and Crematorium on Thursday 20th December at 10am.
