JEFF Alan Vincent Passed away peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital on 16th June 2018 aged 87 Years. Much loved Father to Alan, Denver, Susan, Elaine, Sharon and the Late Roger. Devoted Grandad to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Alan will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service to take place at Denbighshire Memorial Park and Crematorium on Friday 29th June 2018 at 10am. Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Alan will be gratefully received for Ward 11 at Glan Clwyd Hospital.
