HAZEL PATRICIA WALKDEN Passed away 17th March 2018 aged 84 years. Loving mother to Julie and Kurt, treasured grandmother to Sabrina and Leah, and proud great grandmother to baby Emmi. Hazel will be very sadly missed by all of her family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Denbighshire Memorial Park and Crematorium on Friday 6th April 2018 at 3.00pm. Family flowers only please, but if desired, any donations in memory of Hazel will be gratefully accepted for the Pet Rescue Welfare Association, Dyserth.
