A CRASH that took place in Llandudno yesterday (May 8) was the result of a "medical episode".
Police and ambulance services were called to a two-vehicle crash on the A470 Conway Road at around 11.30am.
The road was closed for several hours, with a "large police presence" reported by an eye witness.
Drivers experienced significant delays travelling in and out of the town.

At this stage, it is not known if there were any casualties.
A North Wales Police spokesperson said: "The road traffic collision on the A470 in Llandudno yesterday was as a result of a medical episode."
The Welsh Ambulance Service was approached for comment.
