THREE men have been remanded in custody today (March 15) accused of wounding with intent at the village of Mochdre on Monday.

Twins Jacko Lewis Jones of Parciau Close, Old Colwyn, who is also charged with having a knife in Ffordd Euryn, and Marvin Lucas Jones, of Glan Road, Mochdre, aged 18, and 19-year-old Leighton Karl Jones, of no fixed address, made no application for bail.

Magistrates at Llandudno remanded them in custody until April 17 at Caernarfon crown court.

Defence solicitor Donald Roberts, for the twins, said: "They deny the offences."

Prosecutor James Neary alleged Connor Owen was stabbed by Jacko Jones.
