More than 800 schoolchildren paraded through the streets of Colwyn Bay to celebrate St David's Day.

Pupils dressed up as daffodils and Welsh ladies whilst singing Sosban Fach and chanting 'Oggy, oggy, oggy', popularised by Welsh comedian Max Boyce, as traffic in the town came to a standstill.

A concert followed at St Paul's Church with performances of a variety of recitals, song and dance.
