Missing man with links to Llandudno

Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the whereabouts of a 51-year-old man who was last seen yesterday (Thursday 19 January).

Ian O’Brien was last seen in Walton and extensive enquiries are on-going to establish his whereabouts.

Ian is described as white, 5ft 8in tall, bald with a heavy set build and has a grey stubble and glasses.

Merseyside Police said when he was last seen he was wearing a dark waterproof jacket, a red or white t shirt, and black tracksuit pants.

He is known to frequent the Leeds Liverpool canal area of Melling and Crosby marina and beach area. He is also known to travel to the Llandudno area of Wales.

Anyone who has seen or spoken to Ian or knows of his current whereabouts is asked to contact the police immediately on 101 or the Missing Persons charity on 116 000.
